CLEMENS PHYSICAL THERAPY LOCATION

We are located at 104 Orchard Ave, Bridgeport, WV   26330.  For those of you familiar with Bridgeport, we are just up from the Bridgeport Civic Center/ pool, across from Dr. David E. Hess, and down from Webster Insurance Agency and Dr's Murray, Murray, and Groves. For those of you not familiar with Bridgeport, here are directions from I-79.

• From Morgantown/ Pittsburgh:  I-79 south to Clarksburg/Bridgeport exit 119.  Turn left onto Rt 50 E. Go 2 miles and turn right onto Orchard Ave (just BEFORE crossing railroad tracks) and make next left into parking lot on Doctors Dr.

• From Charleston: I-79 north to Clarksburg/Bridgeport exit 119. Turn right onto Rt 50 E. Go 2 miles and turn right onto Orchard Ave (just before crossing railroad tracks) and make next left into parking lot on Doctors Dr.

Our office door faces Orchard Ave but our parking lot is to the side on Doctors Drive. Park in our parking area (yellow parking bumpers) and come around to the front BLUE DOOR.
